Comparative study of power smoothing techniques produced by a wind energy conversion system

This paper aims to present and compare two techniques used smooth the injected power in grid from a doubly-fed induction generator (DFIG) based conversion system. The first technique on an inertial storage system while second is founded limiting captured by wind turbine. overall composed of energy (WECS) allowing convert into electric power. It controlled converters, side converter rotor converter, both are sliding mode. consume which exceeds setpoint due storing it or producing more event lack, through flywheel Numerical simulations were carried out using Matlab/Simulink software.
